Proper hardware provisioning. Multiple accounts & lines per hardware. http://www.sipfoundry.org/ for an example on how to do it properly.

Limiting on the reseller, client and extension level of calls to external numbers.
The ability to have mobile integration where a mobile phone can be sent a call and transfer back, etc. Mobile phones should be able to also be part of a queue. Incoming call rules should work even with a queue.
Pre-screening of calls where caller says there name first and the extension is played the name and decides whether to take the call or not.
Incoming call rules to actually work if they are displayed. For example, if not registered doesnt work on a ring all extension. If it isnt supported, it shouldnt be allowed to be an option.
Caller ID should be a field you can type in and shouldnt be limited to numbers on the account. This has caused us huge issues.

For 2.0.5, It would be great to make the GUI simpler for the end user.
Our average users (aged 35-65) get confused on the followme settings in the inbound call rules. I think users should be allowed to save 4-5 numbers in a drop down that they can select for forwarding (when a specific number calls them) or for followme.
Also, On incoming call rules, there needs to be a way to make the default option for matching “Does not match” and “0” or something. This way all inbound calls are affected by that rule instead of only ones from certain numbers.
The IVR GUI could also be a LOT simpler for the end user.
I would love to consult with you guys on some case studies with our clientele to show you how to make 4psa the premier voip solution (at ALL levels – Wholesaler, retailer, end user). New licensing model, Simpler user interface 🙂 .
I know you wanted me to keep it to one thing, but its just like me to not.
