Guy Kawasaki is an innovation expert and entrepreneur, social media guru, best-selling author and featured columnist, focusing on small business success.
In his keynote, Guy emphasized the importance of likeability, trustworthiness and quality. On a side note, it is definitely very hard to be on stage after him :).
